Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Achieve Realty University, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring under your account. You may not share, misuse, impersonate, or attempt to obtain access beyond the permissions assigned to you. Achieve Realty may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, policy enforcement, or business operations.

Educational and Informational Use

University materials are provided for educational, operational, and informational purposes. Information may change and should be independently verified when material to a transaction, legal obligation, licensing requirement, or professional decision.

No Automatic Brokerage Relationship

Access to Achieve Realty University by a public user does not, by itself, create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, employment, or other professional relationship with Achieve Realty or any sales associate.

User Content and Agent Connect

Users are responsible for content they submit. Do not post confidential client information, financial account information, Social Security numbers, passwords, access codes, wire instructions, discriminatory content, defamatory material, misleading information, unlawful content, or copyrighted material without permission. Achieve Realty may review, remove, archive, or restrict content or access when appropriate.

Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, graphics, forms, training materials, and other resources may be protected by copyright, trademark, contract, or other rights. Users may use materials only as authorized by Achieve Realty and applicable law.
